2. "Say Nothing" (Disney+)
For sure, one of the best recent series is «Say Nothing», a thriller that follows the lives of people growing up in Belfast during the Troubles and their involvement in the Provisional Irish Republican Army (IRA), inquiring into the Price sisters and all the events that took place after The Disappeared and murder of Jean McConville. Highly recommended!
3. "Arcane: League of Legends" (Netflix)
Don’t let the animated format fool you – «Arcane: League of Legends» delivers a sophisticated storytelling! It is set in the utopian city of Piltover and the oppressed underground of Zaun, and it follows sisters Vi and Jinx as they find themselves on opposite sides of a brewing conflict between magic, technology and political power. Enjoy its crystal-clear dialogues and the visual work.
4. "Bad Sisters" (AppleTV+)
Following the Garvey sisters as they deal with the suspicious death of their brother-in-law, this wickedly funny series combines dark humour with family drama and mystery. 5. "True Love" (Filmin)
What would happen if a group of old friends reunited at a funeral made a drunken pact? This is «True Love», a series where friends, rather than let each other suffer a slow and painful decline, engineer to dignify their deaths.
